Mike Robinson is the founder of the Global Cannabinoid Research Center (GCRC). He established the center in Santa Barbara, California in 2018 after serving as Director of Consumer Affairs at the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine.

Mike's work began with people, not products.
As a cannabis compassion provider, Mike Robinson has worked hands on with tens of thousands of patients. That experience showed him how much people needed clear, honest education about cannabinoid medicine, and how little of it was available.
He went on to serve as Director of Consumer Affairs at the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine, then left in 2018 to build a research center of his own. Today he leads GCRC's research, formulation and brand development, and owns multiple brands, provisional patents and trademarks.
Mike combines extensive knowledge of cannabinoid formulations and technologies with a practical understanding of what patients and consumers actually experience.
